Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. -
Non-returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Sale or clearance items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, personal care items)

- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if necessary)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address. Please ensure the product is securely packed when returning.
Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days. -
Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, only partial refunds will be issued, such as if the product shows signs of use or is not returned in its original condition. -
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the item as described above and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
