    Our business days are Monday to Saturday , excluding Sunday and public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Shipping Rates:
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination. You will see the shipping options and the corresponding prices at checkout before you finalize your order.

  • Delivery Times:
    Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Here are the typical delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 1 – 3  business days Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

We currently offer shipping to the following locations:

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within Tanzania
  • International Shipping: We also ship to select international destinations. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping times for international orders may vary.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can track your order status on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

6. Shipping Delays

  • While we do our best to ship all orders promptly, please be aware that delivery times are estimated, and delays can sometimes occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as:

    • Carrier delays
    • High-volume shopping seasons (e.g., holidays)

7. Missing or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. However, if your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. If you notice any mistakes after placing the order, contact us immediately at 0716 855099 . cannot guarantee address corrections once the order has been processed, but we will do our best to accommodate changes.

9. Local Pickup (Optional)

If you are located in Dar es salaam, you may choose local pickup as a shipping option. Orders can be picked up at Kariakoo ,Uhuru Plaza. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
